Method
Step 1
Weigh eggs, water, oil and MAURI Chocolate Muffin Mix into a mixing bowl.
Step 2
Mix for 1 minute on speed 1. Scrape down.
Step 3
Mix for 4 minutes on speed 2.
Step 4
Drop into muffin cups at desired weight. Small about 60g or Texas about 120g.
Step 5
Bake at 180°C until baked through.
