RAP Instant Custard Mix 15KG
An instant custard that simply combines with cold water to make great crème patisserie custard. Can be used fresh or frozen, and ideal for piping or as a filling.
Basic Recipe

MAURI RAP Instant Custard Mix | 1.000kg |
Cold Water | 2.500L |
Method
Step 1
Add cold water and MAURI RAP Instant Custard Mix to bowl.
Step 2
Blend on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down.
Step 3
With a whisk, mix for 5 minutes on high speed.
Step 4
Leave to stand for 15 minutes prior to use.
Note:
Once made up, MAURI RAP Instant Custard Mix can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. MAURI RAP Instant Custard Mix is also great mixed with cream, fruits, liqueurs or coffee, then used for piping or as a filling.
